A little about us here at IFA Admin Solutions Limited
Nicola Hession-Kent
Director
IFA Admin Solutions was established in 2013 by Nicola Hession-Kent (Owner and Director) to fill a gap in the market for outsourced admin support dedicated to financial advisers.
Nicola has worked in the Financial Services sector for over 20 years. During her time, she has been lucky enough to see the sector from all angles, from being an administrator for IFA firms generating quotes, new business submissions, chasing product providers for information, making sure policies are put on risk in a timely manner, commission reconciliation amongst other duties. She worked in a large product provider working in the call centre in the collections, funds merger and bonus mailing teams. She moved into the Brand and Communications department dealing with rebranding, working closely with the compliance department dealing with highlighted complaints and press queries.
Her most recent role was in an IFA firm where she was responsible for client data and CRM systems Intelligent Office, then more recently Salesforce.
Nicola accrued a wealth of experience working in small and large IFA firms and within the call centre and back office of a major product provider. Her aim is to use this experience and the experience of our team in order to help you, the adviser, in your business.
Since the inception of IFA Admin Solutions in 2013, Nicola has had the opportunity to work with Financial Advisers all over the world. Working remotely gives a wonderful ability to make working together easy no matter where the Adviser is based - whether that be UK based, or globally.

Amber & Lilly Hession-Kent
Senior Morale Officers
Amber and Lilly, the Golden Retrievers are probably the most important members of staff. Their abilities are slightly limited in the fact that they are no good at answering the phone, typing emails or even making the tea, but the happiness they bring is in abundance.
Their main role though is Head of Cuddles, they never fail to make me smile especially if I've had a frustrating day (luckily my Advisers are wonderful!).
Lilly is a very dedicated member of staff, whereas Amber often sleeps on the job and dreams about going out on adventures.
They took over when we lost our beautiful Cookie. Amber & Lilly had a very hard start to life, so they thoroughly enjoy every day now. They were found abandoned in Turkey and were rescued by Happy Paws Puppy Rescue.
Their payment terms are simple: belly scratches, walks and treats!
